Iris Lucia Soare

Iris Lucia Soare is currently a PhD student in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Edinburgh, her research focusing on neural network analysis with the help of certain programs, such as Matlab.

Her academic training includes a BSc Honours degree in Mechatronics and Robotics Engineering from the University of Manchester and a Masters degree in Advanced Control and Systems Engineering at the same university.
In terms of her professional experience, this includes training at the Siemens company as a software engineer and training students at The Big Choice Group. Iris Soare also has an extensive volunteering practice, currently being a member of the Brain Space Initiative Student Core, organizing brain activity analysis events and science fairs.
